888pkr Terms and Conditions — Rules, Rights & Responsibilities for All Members

Welcome to 888pkr. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "Player", "You") and 888pkr ("the Platform", "We", "Us", "Our"). By accessing, registering on, or using the 888pkr platform in any capacity — including browsing, depositing, playing games, or claiming bonuses — you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use 888pkr. These Terms apply to all use of the platform, including via desktop browsers, mobile browsers, and the 888pkr mobile application. They should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of this agreement.

888pkr reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The date of the most recent revision is shown at the top of this page.

To register and use 888pkr you must meet the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 888pkr operates a strict 18+ policy and will verify the age of all members. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and deposited funds returned where legally required.
• You must be accessing 888pkr voluntarily, for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have previously been excluded from 888pkr.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.

One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active 888pkr account. Multiple accounts for the same person — including accounts registered with different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts will be closed, bonus funds forfeited, and winnings may be withheld pending investigation.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address. Providing false information at any stage — registration, verification, or withdrawal — constitutes a breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your 888pkr account credentials. Your username and password must not be shared with any other person. 888pkr will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you receive such a request, treat it as fraudulent and contact support immediately.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: 888pkr may require identity and payment verification before processing withdrawals or following significant account activity. Verification documents may include:

• Government-issued photo identification (CNIC, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of payment method ownership (Easypaisa account screenshot, JazzCash statement, bank account confirmation)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement dated within 90 days)

888pkr processes verification requests promptly. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal processing delays or account restrictions. Submitting fraudulent or altered documents is a serious breach of these Terms and may be reported to relevant authorities.

All financial transactions on 888pkr are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are accepted:

• Easypaisa — instant deposit and withdrawal
• JazzCash — instant deposit and withdrawal
• NayaPay — deposit and withdrawal
• SadaPay — deposit and withdrawal
• IBFT Bank Transfer — deposits and withdrawals (standard bank processing times apply)
• Visa / Mastercard — deposit and withdrawal via bank-issued cards

Minimum Deposit: Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit, though 888pkr reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for deposits above Rs 500,000.

Withdrawals: Minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Fully verified accounts will have withdrawal requests processed the same business day. 888pkr charges zero fees on all PKR withdrawals — the amount you request is the amount that arrives. Processing times are: Easypaisa/JazzCash within minutes of processing; IBFT up to one business day. Diamond and Platinum VIP members receive instant withdrawal processing without a review queue.

Withdrawals will only be made to a payment method in the same name as the registered 888pkr account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances. Any request that does not meet this requirement will be returned and the account flagged for review.

888pkr offers a range of bonuses to members including welcome bonuses, weekly reload bonuses, cashback, and referral rewards. All bonus offers are subject to the following general conditions unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (stated in individual promotion terms) before they can be converted to real PKR and withdrawn. Standard wagering requirements at 888pkr are between 20x and 35x the bonus amount unless stated otherwise.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live table games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette) typically contribute 10–20%. Crash games contribute 50%. Fishing games contribute 25%. Full contribution rates are displayed in individual promotion terms.
• Time Limits: Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited unless the promotion specifies a different period. Uncompleted wagering requirements result in the bonus being forfeited.
• Maximum Bet While Bonus is Active: While a bonus is active in your account, the maximum stake per single game round or bet is Rs 2,000 unless higher limits are stated in the specific promotion terms. Exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time. Attempting to claim multiple simultaneous bonuses — including through multiple accounts — is treated as bonus abuse.

888pkr VIP Club cashback is credited as real PKR with no wagering requirement attached. This is an exception to standard bonus policy and applies only to the weekly live casino cashback issued to VIP members. See Section 7 for full VIP terms.

888pkr reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify its terms, or refuse participation by any member where we believe the offer is being abused or where the member does not meet eligibility criteria.

All games available on 888pkr — including slots, live dealer games, crash games, roulette, card games, and fishing games — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game's interface. By participating in any game you confirm that you have reviewed and understood its rules.

Game Integrity: All 888pkr RNG games use independently certified random number generators that produce statistically random outcomes. Live dealer games use real physical equipment. Crash games use provably fair algorithms where the outcome hash is committed before the betting round opens. Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all slots are displayed in the relevant game information panel.

In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during a game round, 888pkr will attempt to resolve the round fairly based on the game state at the point of interruption. Where resolution is not possible, the stake for the affected round will be returned to the member's account. 888pkr's decision on technical disputes is final.

Malfunction: In the event of a clear and obvious malfunction that causes a demonstrably incorrect outcome — including incorrect odds display, game logic errors, or software faults — 888pkr reserves the right to void the affected game round and return all stakes. Winnings generated as a direct result of a malfunction will not be paid.

Participation in the 888pkr VIP Club is subject to the following terms in addition to these general Terms and Conditions:

• Tier Qualification: VIP tiers (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond, Platinum) are assigned based on qualifying monthly wager volume as displayed in the VIP Club section of the platform. 888pkr reserves the right to adjust tier thresholds at any time with reasonable notice to affected members.
• Tier Maintenance: VIP tiers above Bronze are maintained based on rolling three-month qualifying wager activity. Members who fall below the qualifying threshold for their current tier during a review period may be downgraded at the next quarterly review. Advance notice is provided to Gold tier and above members via their account manager.
• Weekly Cashback: The VIP cashback credited every Monday is calculated on net live casino losses for the preceding calendar week. It is issued as real PKR with no wagering requirement. Cashback is not paid on losses incurred using active bonus funds.
• Platinum Tier: Platinum VIP status is extended by invitation only and may be withdrawn at 888pkr's discretion if the qualifying activity ceases. Platinum members have custom terms agreed directly with the VIP management team; those individual terms take precedence over general VIP Club terms where they differ.
• VIP Points Redemption: Points redeemed for PKR bonus credit are subject to a 20x wagering requirement. Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.

888pkr is committed to responsible gaming. We provide a range of tools that all members can access at any time from within their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling period; decreases take effect immediately.
• Session Time Reminders: Set alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks). During this period you cannot deposit or play. Self-exclusion can be requested at any time via live chat or support.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account. 888pkr will make reasonable efforts to ensure you are not contacted with marketing materials following self-exclusion. Self-exclusion is not reversible for a minimum period of six months.

By using 888pkr you accept that gambling carries risk of financial loss and should be treated as entertainment only. The following activities are strictly prohibited on 888pkr. Engaging in any of them constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering multiple accounts or using another person's account
• Providing false identity or payment information at any stage
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment instruments
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in games or the platform
• Colluding with other players to gain unfair advantage in any game
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or algorithm to interact with 888pkr games or systems
• Systematic bonus abuse, including structuring deposits to repeatedly trigger welcome or deposit bonuses
• Laundering funds through the 888pkr platform in any way
• Reverse-wagering strategies designed to exploit bonus terms without genuine game risk

888pkr employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect suspicious activity. Where prohibited activity is detected, we reserve the right to withhold funds pending investigation. Our investigation findings are final on all matters within the platform's operations.

888pkr reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at our discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any clause within these Terms and Conditions
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period when requested
• Verified age-related ineligibility (under 18)
• Extended account inactivity (no login or transaction for 12 consecutive months)
• Member-initiated self-exclusion

Where an account is closed due to a member's own breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for reasons not attributable to the member's breach, any verified real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be returned to the member via their registered payment method.

Members may close their own 888pkr account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email. Any pending withdrawals will be processed to completion before the account is formally closed.

All content on the 888pkr platform — including but not limited to the 888pkr name and logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, images, software, and code — is the intellectual property of 888pkr or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, licence, create derivative works from, or sell any content, information, or software obtained from the 888pkr platform without prior written permission from 888pkr. Screen-recording, streaming, or broadcasting 888pkr live dealer sessions without explicit authorisation is prohibited.

Game content and software is licensed to 888pkr by third-party game providers. Those providers retain their own intellectual property rights in the games they supply. 888pkr does not claim ownership of third-party game content.

888pkr provides its platform and services on an "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 888pkr excludes all liability for:

• Financial losses arising from gaming activity on the platform
• Interruption to service caused by technical failures, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control
• Actions taken by the member that breach these Terms
• Third-party services including payment processors, internet service providers, and mobile network operators

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death and personal injury caused by our negligence. If you believe 888pkr has acted unfairly, you may raise a formal complaint via our support team. We will investigate and respond within five business days.

888pkr collects and processes personal data solely for the purposes of operating your account, processing transactions, conducting KYC verification, preventing fraud, and communicating with you about your account and relevant promotions. We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data subject to our legal obligations. Full details of how 888pkr handles your data — including retention periods, cookies policy, and your rights — are contained in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement and should be read alongside these Terms.

888pkr reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they affect member rights, payment policies, bonus conditions, or account rules in a significant way — we will notify active members by email or platform notification with a minimum of 14 days' notice before the changes take effect.

Minor amendments, corrections of typographical errors, or clarifications that do not alter member rights may be made without advance notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision. Your continued use of 888pkr following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms and your use of the 888pkr platform are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising from your use of 888pkr that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process should be raised formally with our support team in the first instance.

888pkr's internal complaints process works as follows: submit your complaint in writing to support@888pkr.ws. We will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within five business days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate the matter accordingly.

All disputes relating to individual game outcomes, bonus terms, or account decisions will be resolved by reference to the platform's transaction and game logs, which are the definitive record of all activity on the 888pkr platform. The platform's records shall be considered final and binding in any dispute resolution process.
